Readable in monochrome and color
Bold given numbers, underlined editable cells, thick 3-by-3 borders, and a double selection outline keep every cue visible on black-and-white Kindle screens.
On Kindle Colorsoft and Scribe Colorsoft, optional color mode adds restrained blue and orange accents. Color never carries the rules or status by itself.
What you need
Sudoku is available to signed-in Paperyx users without a paid connected-app license. You need a supported Kindle with Wi-Fi, the Kindle Web Browser, and cookies enabled. Each move refreshes the page, which is intentional for reliability on e-ink browsers.
No cloud account connection is required for Sudoku. Puzzle play remains in Kindle.Web and does not send moves to a third-party game service.
