1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Paperyx software, websites, applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. License Grant. Paperyx grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
3. Connected Cloud Accounts. Some Services allow you to connect third-party cloud accounts, including Microsoft, Apple, Google, or compatible standards-based accounts. You are responsible for authorizing only accounts you control and for complying with provider terms.
4. Support. Paperyx may provide support services at its discretion and does not guarantee response times, resolution outcomes, or service levels.
5. Device and System Responsibility. You are responsible for device compatibility, system configuration, backups, and proper installation or browser access.
6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Updates and Modifications. Paperyx may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part of them.
8. Termination. Paperyx may terminate or suspend access if a user breaches these Terms or harms the Services, Paperyx, providers, or other users.
9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your location.
