Paperyx settings reset
Start over with default app settings without losing your license.
Paperyx can restore display and app preferences in one deliberate, Kindle-friendly action while preserving the account and app data that matter.
What returns to default
- Light, monochrome display preferences and the standard text size.
- Weather, mail, clock, maps, chord, lifetime, and photo-slideshow preferences.
- Grid Apps visibility and ordering, dashboard layouts, and news-source selections.
- Local preference cookies used for quick Kindle rendering.
What Paperyx keeps
Your license configuration remains unchanged. Connected accounts, favorites, tasks, saved weather and map locations, clock favorites, saved news articles, game progress, and other app content are not deleted by this action.
A deliberate confirmation flow
The Settings action opens a separate review page before anything changes. Confirming uses a normal server-rendered form post, works without JavaScript, and returns to Settings with a visible success message.
Restore defaults when your setup no longer fits.
Open Settings, choose Clear all app settings, review the preserved data, and confirm.
