Request access to the Google test/pilot user group

During a limited Google pilot, Paperyx can connect only Google accounts that have been approved and added to the pilot allowlist.

Who needs to request access

Request access if Paperyx tells you that Google Test/Beta is limited to approved users, or if Paperyx support invited you to test Google connected-account features. The exact Google email address you connect must be the address added to the allowlist.

Send your request

  1. Create or sign in to your Paperyx account.
  2. Email support@paperyx.ink with the subject Google test/pilot access request.
  3. Include your Paperyx account email, the exact Google email address you plan to connect, your Kindle model, and the Google features you want to test, such as Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, or Drive.
  4. Wait for a confirmation from Paperyx support before starting the Google connection. Pilot capacity can be limited, so access is not automatic.

Connect after approval

  1. Open Paperyx on your Kindle and go to Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Choose the Google Test/Beta option shown for pilot users and read the setup instructions.
  3. Use the approved Google email address during Google sign-in and review every requested permission before approving access.
  4. Return to Paperyx and check the connection status. If Google still says access is blocked, email support with the time of the attempt and the email address used.

Protect your account

Never email Paperyx your Google password, verification code, recovery code, access token, or refresh token. Paperyx support needs only the email address to request allowlisting. You can revoke Paperyx access later from your Google Account security settings.
