Protect your privacy, disconnect accounts, and request deletion

Protect your sign-in details

• Use a unique Paperyx password and choose Remember me only on a Kindle you control.
• Never send support a password, verification code, recovery code, app-specific password, access token, or refresh token.
• Read provider permission screens before approving a connection.

Disconnect or revoke access

• Disconnect from Settings, Cloud accounts when you no longer want Paperyx to use an account.
• You can also revoke Paperyx from connected-app or security settings at Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
• Disconnecting or revoking does not delete content stored by the provider.

Request Paperyx account deletion

1. Read the Data Deletion guide to understand what can be deleted and limited records that may be retained.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Paperyx account.
3. Disconnect provider accounts separately if you also want to revoke their authorization.
