Account data

Email support@paperyx.ink from the email address associated with your Paperyx account and state that you are requesting account data deletion.

Connected accounts

Disconnecting attempts provider revocation and immediately clears provider credentials stored by Paperyx. Token-free disconnected-account metadata and security logs are removed after 90 days. You can also revoke Paperyx access from your provider's permissions page.

Request steps

1. Email support@paperyx.ink.
2. Include the Paperyx account email address and the type of deletion request.
3. Watch for a confirmation or follow-up request if identity verification is needed.

Retention

Paperyx removes expired authentication and account-link sessions after 7 days, application security logs and product telemetry after 90 days, and sanitized account-deletion evidence after 365 days. Billing records may be retained for 7 years, and documented legal holds may extend an otherwise applicable period. Backup copies expire under the normal encrypted backup schedule.
