Connected accounts

Manage, switch, refresh, or disconnect accounts

Choose which account Paperyx uses, repair access, or safely remove an account.

Choose the current account

  1. Open Settings, then Cloud accounts.
  2. Find Currently selected. Open another account and choose Select account.
  3. Reopen the cloud app. Paperyx clears remembered folders, calendars, and task lists that belonged to the previous account.

Refresh or reconnect

  • Open account details and choose Refresh when offered.
  • If authorization is needed, choose Reconnect and approve access again.
  • Reconnect after changing a provider password, revoking access, or when Google or Microsoft says permission expired.

Disconnect an account

  1. Open account details and choose Disconnect.
  2. Review the confirmation and confirm removal.
  3. Select another account before opening cloud apps. Disconnecting does not delete content stored by the provider.
