Getting started
Create an account, sign in, or reset your password
Your Paperyx sign-in is separate from the Google, Microsoft, Apple, or email account you connect.
Create your account
- Choose Sign up on the Paperyx sign-in page.
- Enter a username, an email address you can open, and a password.
- Review the request and submit it. Paperyx signs you in when account creation finishes; otherwise, return to Sign in and use the username and password you created.
Sign in on Kindle
- Open kindle.paperyx.ink and choose Sign in.
- Enter your Paperyx username and password—not a connected-provider password.
- Choose Remember me only on a Kindle you control. If asked for an email code, open the message and enter the code.
Reset a forgotten password
- Choose Forgot password and enter the email address for your Paperyx account.
- Open the reset email on another device and follow its link to choose a new password.
- If it does not arrive, check spam or junk mail, wait a few minutes, and try once more before contacting support.
