Connected accounts

Connect a Google or Microsoft account

Approve the account on your phone, then return to Kindle to use it with Paperyx apps.

What you need

  • A phone, tablet, or computer where you can sign in to the account.
  • Access to the Google or Microsoft account you want Paperyx to use.
  • Time to read the requested permissions before approving them.

Connect the account

  1. On Kindle, open Settings, then Cloud accounts. Choose Add account and select Google or Microsoft.
  2. Read the setup instructions and any Google connection notice.
  3. Scan the QR code with your phone. If scanning is unavailable, open the manual URL shown on Kindle.
  4. Sign in to the provider, confirm the account, review the requested access, and approve it.
  5. Return to Kindle and choose Check status if Paperyx still says it is waiting.

After connection

  • Paperyx shows the account and the apps it can use.
  • You can connect more than one Google or Microsoft account and select the current one from Cloud accounts.
  • If the QR code or short code expires, start the connection again.
