Connect another email, calendar, or task account
Use account settings supplied by your provider to connect email or a CalDAV calendar and task account.
Ask your provider first
- For email, ask for IMAP and SMTP server names, ports, security choices, username, and app-specific password requirements.
- For calendars or tasks, ask for the CalDAV base URL, username, and accepted password type.
- Do not guess provider settings; incorrect details can cause repeated failures.
Connect another email account
- Open Settings, Cloud accounts, and Add account. Select Other email account.
- Read View setup instructions.
- Enter your account details and the provider's incoming and outgoing mail settings, then choose Connect account.
Connect another calendar or task account
- Select Other calendar or task account from Add account.
- Read the setup instructions, then enter the account details and CalDAV base URL.
- Connect and check which calendars or task lists appear.
Keep credentials safe
Never send support your password, app-specific password, one-time code, or recovery code. Ask your provider when you are unsure which settings to use.
